With all of the controversy that surrounds Pope Francis, there’s a growing weight in the minds of Christians and Catholics that he’s not the man many of them thought him to be.
And if the things he said before Congress today haven’t convinced you of this truth, his comments made during an interview with the founder of La Republica should be enough to sway your conscience. Apparently, non-believers will be forgiven by God if they follow their conscience.

The Bible says, “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us” (Matthew 1:23). What a comforting message to the world over 2,000 years ago—and to a troubled world today! No matter what anyone says, we need God with us—and He is. In these dark days when there is more bad news every day, the good news is that God loves you and sent His Son Jesus Christ to earth to die on the cross to pay the price for our sins. That is why we celebrate Christmas. What a gift!
