Pope Francis may be a nice man, but he seems to be losing his grip on reality. No doubt riding around in the Popemobile, protected from dangers and surrounded by security he can make declarations that ignore the reality that Islam is at war with the world, particularly with Christians, Jews, and those who are not part of the “right” Muslim sect.
The world is a dangerous place, and it is true that violence exists from street gangs, domestic violence and thugs in every country.
However, none of these groups or individuals are blowing up stadiums and beheading individuals wholesale in the name of their religion. Pope Francis has become quite passionate about understanding and sympathizing with Islam, but he is not touched by the virulent, destructive nature of the religion or the evil perpetrators of Islamic jihad. He should get out more.

Your argument is beyond flawed, you don’t have to have an official language or PHD to know the rules and norms. Shakespear spoke and wrote in late old english to early modern. Context, norms and evolution of a language dictate rules of writing; all things learned in school. Also dictionaries were around centuries before Christ. The Word “dictionary” didn’t exist till after Shakespear started writing; not the books of words and meanings. You should start doing better research and believing in facts instead of what you read on this bogus site, others like the one posted above and brietbart. May want to research who runs this and those other “sources” and why.
There are simply no immutable laws of language: syntax, meaning, grammar, spelling, etc. Wikipedia says it this way: ‘Language is typically said to be governed by a group of UNSPOKEN [my emphasis] rules: phonological, semantic, syntactic, pragmatic, prosodic, and idiosyncratic. These rules shape the way language is written, spoken, and interpreted. People create communication, not languages, phrases, or letters, phonetics, etc.”. Basically it is spoken language that develops language. As I said, no immutable rules, just endless variation and evolution. That is why, without guidance and explanation from scholars my English is so different from Shakespeare’s I often find it incomprehensible, much as I love it. Anyhow, it is not good form to criticize someone for writing ‘”your” instead of “you’re”, as if he is stupid for it.. That is an ad hominem attack, an intellectually discredited rhetorical device.

If you don’t know the difference between “Your” and “you’re” and you you are calling someone “stupid” then yes, that person is indeed a fool. It’s hypocritical at best. We aren’t talking about political thinking which is opinion, we are talking fact and fiction which is not. History on this is very. Nothing the People said was false (if he said it all because this site makes things up daily). Christians have just as much blood on their hands as a religion as any other including Islam. That is a well known and verifiable fact. Also, we do know that many other cultures and religions have many more murders and deaths on their hands than Islam. Rome For instance which was mostly Pagan for years. There are also various other Hellenic and other empires who have participated in millions if genocides thru out history. This person posted a “source” and didn’t even bother to read who wrote the article and that persons political affiliations or the affiliations of the site which point directly at the “source” being non- viable. if that isn’t ignorant, i don’t know what is.

Read the following words from the sacred book of the Religion of Peace. Read these words carefully. Do you find anything ambiguous about them? If you were a follower/ fundamentalist/ true believer/soldier of this religion would there be any doubt how to deal with your enemy, their cities, their women, children, monuments, places of worship? You think we do not have to fear the “Religion of Peace”? From the [Koran]:
If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, “Let us go and worship other gods” do not yield to them or listen to them. Except of course this is from the Bible, not the Koran: Deuteronomy 13:6. Do you believe the Bible literally? This is as excellent and unambiguous a command from God/Allah as any— as any in the Koran—to mercilessly kill your enemies, kids, women, nonbelievers, their false Gods, their monuments, books, art, etc., with God/Allah’s blessing. Maybe the problem is people, not which religion they profess.You can find what you want in both your holy books; reasons to be merciful, reasons to hate. And Jesus said he came to fulfill the old book, so do not cop out and tell me it does not count anymore, that it is superseded by the New Testament. What do you think? What does the Holy Book say about homosexuals? I ask these things respectfully, to hear ideas, to help make a more peaceful world.
