One of the latest examples is his blessing of cutting edge research that mixes human cells into animal bodies.
Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte is a prominent stem-cell biologist who is attempting to grow human tissue inside farm animals such as pigs, sheep, and cows. In this research, scientists inject human stem cells into animal embryos and then try to grow the mixtures inside surrogate animals.

He stated the literal hell is non existent, Yet he will tell his followers that Purgatory is real? Purgatory is found no where in scripture. But hell is mentioned 54 times. This pope says Adam and Eve ate a fairy tale and that every religion is real and leads to God. I think my Bible says plainly that there is only one God and to worship any other god is a sin.
