The Third Amendment was created to protect your home from being quartered by soldiers without your consent. It has very rarely been a matter of debate or litigation, until now.
Federal district court Judge Andrew Gordon ruled that the police are exempt from the 3rd Amendment with a case out of Henderson, Nevada after a family had their home broken into and seized by local law enforcement who stated they needed the home to gain a “tactical advantage” against suspected criminals in a neighboring house.
Police actually forced their way into this family’s home, pepper-balled the father and his dog and then incarcerated the man for a day.

It’s clearly time that We The People enact article five, reclaim our power and responsibility and supersede our treasonous servants known as the Federal Government.
They are not rulers and DO NOT “Rule”
They offer opinions based on facts with the very first test of any matter being held up to the Constitution! If it violates, infringes or opposes than the opinion should be clear without the need of any facts, circumstance or testimony!
Should be automatically impeached and charged!!! They are breaking their Oaths and ARE a direct Domestic Threat!!!
Their “Opinion” is incorrect and false with purpose and that purpose is to provide support to Terrorism rather than provide Lawful balance and checks to keep other agencies and branches in line with our SUPREME LAW!!!
Since the system cannot be trusted to provide it’s own checks and balances as framed and they all work as cohorts than we should enact Civilian Tribunals and impose sentence for their Treason!!!
I suggest that after the sentences have begun to be carried out that they be decapitated with their heads placed on pikes by their respective offices as warnings to all!!!
You may think this is too much… However it’s an equal response to their extreme and obvious actions!!!
Anyone attempts to enter my home without a justified warrant will be dealt with by full malice and intent!!!
