The Third Amendment was created to protect your home from being quartered by soldiers without your consent. It has very rarely been a matter of debate or litigation, until now.
Federal district court Judge Andrew Gordon ruled that the police are exempt from the 3rd Amendment with a case out of Henderson, Nevada after a family had their home broken into and seized by local law enforcement who stated they needed the home to gain a “tactical advantage” against suspected criminals in a neighboring house.
Police actually forced their way into this family’s home, pepper-balled the father and his dog and then incarcerated the man for a day.

Oh, you didn’t know? The feds own everything. Your home, you pay taxes for the privilege to live in, your vehicle- you pay fees and taxes for the privilege- your $#%&!@*le isn’t even proof it belongs to you, the MCO is, and guess what? They destroy them or used as securities. If you live outside of a municipality there is the quitclaim deed you can file to reclaim what the feds say are theirs……thank uniform commercial code-the UCC, contract law, your tacit admission, and the 2 centuries of corporate takeover for that! Thanks united States corporation, it is after all, listed as such!
The sad thing is the federal governments reach is suppose to only be 80 square miles, just enough to encomp$#%&!@* the district of Columbia. But now they have weasled their way into every facet of our everyday lives, using our implied consent, your silence and not knowing is enough for the corporation to reach beyond its specified parameters. Hell Charlie I found the biggest thing to tell people to get them to actually listen is what you told me, you are not an American citizen. You are a United States citizen. You can’t be both according to the US corporation and the maritime admiralty law. You’re not even American unless you expatriate yourself from the federal government.
