A note was found in all caps screams that something is rotten in Denmark.

Yes, policies with expiration dates are called term policies so that’s probably what he had. Most are 10, 20, or 30 year terms. If I were writing a suicide note for someone, I would put that in there too so it all just seems way to fishy.
