Just two days after the attacks in Paris, Pope Francis preached about the “end times” and the importance of being vigilant and ready to meet God face to face at any moment. In his Sunday message, Pope Francis invited the ten thousand pilgrims gathered in Saint Peter’s Square to think about their death and the day they’ll meet God and have to give an accounting for their life.
He also talked about the horrendous events in Paris, expressing his sorrow for the attacks and offering his condolences to the victims and their families. Unlike President Obama and a good portion of Western European governments, the Pope was quick to recognize the Islamist ideology behind the attacks, saying that using God’s name to justify murder is blasphemy.
While Pope Francis might be one of the most liberal/progressive popes to ever wear the title, there are certainly quite a few truths in his message.

What do yall think is happening, l’ll lead you when you tell me.
Pope should know since he part of the destruction. Very Evil man. People follow this Idiot like he is Christ. He acts as if he is. HES ANTICHRIST. Thats why he know the End Times Have Come, cause he himself started it.
Well then — this would be a good time for the Catholic Church to give back everything they have stolen through the centuries.
I agree, but unfortunately, God wants us to worship HIM! He is not impressed by us worshiping beads, our pastors/ministers/priests, saints, etc., whether we dunk or sprinkle, what day we worship or believe Sabbath to be. Wars have been fought over these issues and that cannot please God. The Bible states it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for man to enter the Kingdom of God. Think avbout it. What does that mean? What is the focus of one’s love, admiration, and praise? S[me people may look at Billy Graham or the Pope as demi-gods, but they arn’t, they are simply proclaimed Christians. Some self proclaimed Christians have no problem pointing out the sins of other (the old log/spliinter in the eye parabble) but someone’s feeling of being “gooder” than someone else is NOT what Christianity is about! So, while I can agree God is the church, too many people practice worshipIng their religion or where they go to church, putting God second. Do not make the mistake of getting even GOOD priorities mixed up. I believe having different religions is a GOOD thing because it can help ALLpeople find a way to worship God in a way they feel comfortable. But also, we need to remember who church and even religion is for – not just churchgoers, but everyone, including sinners. If we as people get to the point people not like us should step inside our church, we have defiled God and Christ. We NEED Godd at the center of our lives, not some piece of representative metal, bead, plastic, or even just popular guotes- place God first which is a constant battle for anyone. But, the church can certainly be a help in that struggle. Sorry I am so wordy. I understand and agree with where you are coming from, but many may have confused priorities without understanding.
THIS they understand…
Catholic are idol worshippers ;virgin Mary and the other statues
Crawl back in the hole you came out of
He is worried that they are coming for his gold.
It appears he did say some good things, but he didn’t share the gospel of salvation, did he? Trust in Christ’s redemptive work, alone?
He is merely a man, born with original sin on his soul . The Lord and only Savior, Jesus Christ, was on earth establishing HIS ONE TRUE CHURCH 300 years before Constantine, and Christ would not have left earth before he knew his church was established and would grow, with the help of the Holy Spirit. And he did NOT create it as a hierarchy of pompously dressed , fallible men. Catholicism is a HOAX.
