Many cowboys and cowgirls left the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo earlier this year left outraged because the opening prayer was carried out by Imam Mouthed Bakhach.
For some reason, organizers felt it would be a good idea to diversify who delivered the prayer, and for most including a Muslim was going to far.
So who’s the genius that thought this would be a good idea? Tensions in Texas have certainly been heating up between Muslims and ‘infidels’ as evidenced by mounting protests.
“I just will choose NOT to go somewhere that embraces a religion that wants me, my family and my people DEAD,” one individual wrote on the rodeo’s Facebook page, according to the Star Telegram.
“Muslim/Islam has no place in this country let alone fwssr. Not one Muslim has come out against the radical actions that is the Muslim belief. PERIOD. COWBOYS DON’T WANT IT,” another reportedly commented.
“This really disappoints me in the FWSSR! Sad to see such a Texas & American institution fall in the gutter of political correctness,” yet one more person echoed.
As noted by The Dallas Morning News, outrage did not appear directed at Bakhach’s comments, but simply at the inclusion of someone who belonged to the Muslim faith.
Nevertheless, according to the Star Telegram, Bakhach said he sensed a “beautiful spirit” at the venue Sunday and thought the prayer went well.
“I didn’t hear any negative reaction to what I said,” he told the Star-Telegram. “I sat down to watch the show.”

Share:The president and general manager of the rodeo, Brad Barnes, said he found the Muslim Imam’s comments to be “spot-on” and “very appropriate.”
Others also defended him on Facebook.
“Kudos to FWSSR for leading the way and understanding that America is a country of immigrants. Thanks for showing love and not hatred by showing tolerance for all religions; as Freedom of Religion applies to every American, even if they don’t look like you or believe what you believe,” one person wrote.
“The ignorance here,” another echoed. “You all should be ashamed of yourselves.”
The Stock Show will continue through mid-February.

Congresswoman Michele Bachman was vilified and almost tarred and feathered by Democrats when she voiced her concern about Muslims taking over our government. Considering all these appointments, it would explain why Obama and his minions are systematically destroying our nation, supporting radical Muslim groups worldwide, opening our southern border, and turning a blind eye to the genocide being perpetrated on Christians all over Africa and the Middle East. The more damage Obama does, the more arrogant he’s become! Our nation and our government has been infiltrated by people who want to destroy us. It WILL only get worse. Plus John Kerry’s son in law is an Iranian muslim.
They have every right to be outraged. Never heard of a Muslim participating in any rodeo events. Time to saddle up, stand up and fight back!
The muslims must stop the beheadings, the slaughter of Christians & others, stop murders called honor killings, stoning of women, their intolerance of American lifestyles and laws and their constant bulling of Americans changing to suit them and then they can expect respect.

Everyone should have gotten up and just left! Plain and Simple, that is what all True Christians are going to have to do from now on! If we don’t we will be United States of Islam very soon, if they keep on getting their way here in America! I don’t think we should go to their country and start a prayer with a Christian prayer at one of their events and they should not here! This is STILL AMERICA! I don’t recall having to deal with this kind of stuff growing up and I should not NOW! They want their religion then stay in their country, like we should stay in ours. If anyone wants to go to another country other than their own, then go by their customs in each others country! Hey each for their own, but this is still America. I don’t see Buddist and other religions pushing us like Muslims are! They have respect unlike Muslims here in America! We were built with Christian values not Muslim values. All you have to do is look at their country and see fighting and them destroying their own country with what they call religion!

They are in our government…Islam is being tought in our schools…we are expected to be tolerant of a “religion” and a people who are not tolerant of anything or anyone or others rights to live! We are to just accept a whole group of people who hate us and want to kill us! When will this stop?
