President Obama has taken advantage of the recent stepping down of the Department of Homeland Security’s Assistant Secretary for State and Local Law Enforcement Mike Fischer to put a pro-open borders appointee into the position.
The appointee, San Francisco police chief Heather Fong, oversaw the implementation of that city’s controversial sanctuary city policy, raising doubts as to whether she intends to enforce existing immigration law and apprehend people attempting to cross the Mexican border.
House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mike McCaul expressed such concerns, saying that this was a political move on the part of the Obama administration and that it “undermines credibility and morale in the organization.”
It isn’t just Congressmen who are worried though; rank and file Border Patrol agents have communicated their displeasure with Fong’s appointment, arguing that having someone with her beliefs running the agency will make carrying out it’s mission of securing the border impossible.

Whoever (Congress by elect or appointee with delegates among the courts states and SCOTUS) owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them (economically and/or criminally regarding illegal immigration or refugee) (with or without purpose of usurp of national security, election qualification or disqualifications) or adheres to their (foreign insurrection muslim, islamics of unknown or known enemies), giving them aid and comfort (funding, quartering/housing, welfare, donation, gift, qualifying to elections, or in disqualifying elections) with or without willful misconduct in negligence or mismanagement of national interest)within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death (lethal injection or hanging) or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

So funny the other day 2 Canadians playing Pokemon crossed US border in Montana & they were stopped by border patrol & their parents were called & they were returned. Why can’t the U.S. Border & Mexican border be that secure???
Our laws need to be enforced if not fire them
If Obama and Don’t believe this, then why have a border with security, procedures, etc? Why not fire Fong and all border agents and just let everyone come and go as they please?
