According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

The ACA was based on Gov Romney’s plan in Mass. Liberals wanted a single payer system as in Canada and the EU. Pres. Obama being a center left politician went centralist. Facts from non political think tanks and non partisan gao and cbo has released facts and figured that it is fiscal. Lower cost to state, county and city funded hospitals. Also increases jobs in the health sector. More jobs means a broader tax base.
Obamacare and obamacore are awful for the everyone and should been have been tossed in the garbage before it was every put in a bill just like Obama all are losers!!!!
