According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Right now our best bet is the legality of IRS giving subsidies to people in the 36 states that didn’t set up exchanges. According to the law, you are only eligible for the subsidies IF they purchased through a STATE created exchange! If that is the case, look for these same people to NOT sign up again!
…and a lot of pissed off people when they get their tax refund minus the subsidies they got illegally!
