According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Let them throw out the Obamacare law so we can afford our own health care.
In the long run, Peggy, having Obamacare will cost us more, and we will still be paying for those who can’t or won’t pay. The government will have to raise our taxes to afford it. We could have picked up the tab for many uninsured for much less than it cost to implement and run Obamacare.
