According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

they didn’t remove the Severability Clause; they never included it in the original signing the bill into law. Which means any changes whatsoever to any part of the whole law renders the whole law, null & void!
