According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

I was paying higher premiums for preexisting and when Obamacare took effect it tripled, so it can’t be any worse then it is.
