According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Yes it sucks!! I agree but this whole stinking mess will now pit all those folks that lost employer insurance out of healthcare coverage again. These are productive people and it could have been anyone of us. This is not a light switch folks! What we had was not far from bust and this was wrong too. With all the eletronic health records of our lives what meds you use, health care issues ect… Now MY Chart and programs like it. Now when the doc orders say your Mammogram and posts ot for you to get it done and you don’t….hmmm now they can say if you would have had your screening done in time this would have been caught. Your non compliant and we won’t pay for that problem. Wait till they start taxing your employers contributions to pay for your insurance as income! ITS COMING. They do not do it for your convience even though it is marketed to you that way! Its done for their advantage. Incentives were paid by the government to get all this EHR put in place… Now they are fined if they don’t have it done. Ignore the propoganda focas on what you see.
