According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Hey dullards! the Supreme Court already ruled on the individual mandate in 2012. It was ruled constitutional. Remember, this is when you guys called Chief Justice Roberts a commie, Hitler, and a fire-breathing socialist because he voted with the majority?
