According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

They’ve already ruled on this. That was the core of the case that SCOTUS already heard. They ruled that it was constitutional because the mandate was a tax and therefore could be levied by Congress.
It is unconstitutional for the Federal Government to go against the Individual. Our Freedom should be upheld. Taxes can be imposed but not choice of coverage or whom I go to see or what I should buy.
