According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

He was a self employed man for his whole life and the cancer caused him to close shop and he could no longer his personal insurance of $1500. A month. He was eligible for the affordable care act and it went down to $500 a month allowing to have insurance and keep his house and life
