According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

And a tragedy for those millions that now have insurance they are paying for but at a reasonable rate and not one that lines the pockets of the insurance commissioners and the lobbyist to keep only those that do not need it with insurance as the object is to make a large profit and never payout for health insurance. I want one republican to put out where an insurance premium increased because of obamacare. I can give you examples of adults citizens who have paid taxes pretty high I might add that could not get it because of preexisting conditions. that now have expensive but much more affordable. Most do not like it because the president is black and that is most of the republicans. They cannot believe yet that a black man beat the old establishment and they could not get to the votes to burn them before they were counted. No one needs to be implanted with a chip a brain might help, but stick to the facts and not what you don’t know.
The moment the dems caved on the public option, the whole goose became a golden egg for the insurance companies. Nothing more than mandated insurance. The bronze plan = over $300. per month with a $5,500.00 deductable. Who are you kidding. Ask any insurance salesperson. Sure they lowered the price a few fractions of a percent but they raised the deductable to amounts that would still bankrupt a a lower income person in the event of a catastrophic illness. Will be glad to see it go.

Yes the whole thing should be thrown out. IMMEDIATELY. Any good things like the “no pre-existing conditiond” issue can be put into new reforms. Obama only put a few good things in the package so people wouldn’t wanna throw it all out.
