According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Let’s see, Obama has taken 61 vacation days so far, while by this time in his presidency Bush had taken 180, Ronald Reagan 120. The Republicans slashed the CDC’s budget, in spite of dire warnings about the situation that could ensue . now they want to blame Obama for 3 cases of Ebola here in the US? And let’s completely ignore the Bush-Cheney war started over imaginary WMD’s in a country that had NOTHING to do with 911… The people brought in to the US for treatment for Ebola were all American health care workers who contracted Ebola while putting their lives on the line to help stop this dreaded disease and deserve the best care they can get, the ACA has given millions access to healthcare they couldn’t have gotten before because of pre-existing conditions… this economy was shifting to part time jobs BEFORE Obama was even elected because billionaires didn’t want to cut into their huge profit margins by supplying benefits… But by all means, allow FOX to deflect from the truth and give you all seemingly legitimate reasons to hate our black president..
