According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Um….the Supreme Court already ruled on this over a year ago in favor of the individual mandate. This must be very embarrassing for all the Obama haters.

Obamacare is in no way affordable , for those who have been victims of this. Mant companies have cut hours for employees , but hired new part time employees ( democrats version of job creation ) and these jobs are $8.00-$8.50 per hour and 20-30 hours per week . The average person can’t even afford rent and groceries on this income let alone afford the cheapest “(OBAMACARE) !!!!!!

Obama Pelosi and thier minions shoved a back door deal on Americans. They further broke an already poor system. This is the result of politicizing healthcare. Pelosi was right. They had to pass the act to see what is in it. Im happy for all the poverty stricken who were getting freehealthcare to start with. Now they have a name for it. My insurance doctors and hospitals already had thier losses figuered through actuaries. Now I pay for that plus this boondogle. Affordable? Really? Socialism by the true definition. If this is such a good deal why have congress exempted themselves? Lowlife bottom feeding lying overpaid losers.
