According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

I’m so tired of the GOP politicians B.S.ing their voters. The truth is that this exact plan (ACA) was developed by a Republican organization and now Super PAC The Heritage Foundation in 1997-98 when then First Lady Hillary Clinton was pushing of universal healthcare. The problem tho was universal healthcare was unpopular among voters so they put it away and didn’t push for it. So when President Obama became Pres. and we had a Democratic majority in Congress the Democrats did what they did. The rest is history. So ACA WAS originally a Republican idea and Mitt Romney used it when he was governor. Republican politicans know this but their voters are too ignorant to research it and believe the lies the party tells them. The GOP oppositions is purely politcal and the 57 times the HR voted on it was pure political theater.
so why are you cheering something that will harm so many Americans. healthcare should be a right as it is in other countries. do you hate fellow Americans so much.
