According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

You all don’t understand that “Obamacare” is working, people are on it and love it, I am glad that it is here, without it I wouldn’t be able to get insurance. I had a preexisting condition of cancer and before if you had cancer a insurance company had the right to drop you, or not accept you, now they are not able to do that. You can say that it is unconstitutional, but I think that our country needs to move forward. i think that Obamacare is a great thing and will only progress this country further. You just need to get over it
