According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

They showed you that when they voted to repeal a Obamacare 55 times. They showed you that when they voted to raise the student loan rates. They showed you that when they voted against the vets. What will it take to make the 99% in this country understand the GOP don’t care about you. You must be making 500k per year to be the 1% that’s who they care about.
