According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Ruth, isn’t that what medicaid and medicare is for, we had it before obamacare and we will have it after, the people who works pays for it while the others go on the system. Only we aren’t forced to get some $#%&!@*ty ass c**p that DOCTORS and HOSPITALS won’t accept.
We have health insurance through my husbands job and it stinks..we pay so much a month and have a $5k deductible. How is that good? We have to pay out of pocket and never see 100% coverage or are things we need even covered, or our meds. It’s all highway robbery if you ask me.
freaken haters everywhere,there are so many people that are able to get healthcare now, because in alot of cases you cant get it from work, and those that arent working…I am Thankful for this START in helping those less fortunate..otherwise, they go to medicaid and we taxpayers pay for it anyway, so whats your beef…Be Thankful that Obama is actually trying to help..its the insurance companies that need to be impeached and mandated…for real!
