According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

So what would be in it’s place? I have Obama Care or the ACA, as it is technically known. I am happy with it. I am retired and it is better coverage than the company I retired from offers. Sure it is not perfect, but what is? It’s a start and certainly fixable. However the Right, no make that the Republicans hate it, because they didn’t invent it. Can’t have a Black Democrat being even moderately successful at anything I recon.
Let’s get rid of health care and let everyone face financial ruin, illness and death.
