According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Most all you people on this post are just stupid, and dont know a damn thing about how insurance even is sold in America , all the ACA does is open the door for people who are self employed and not working to obtain insurance with UNBRELLA insurance companies providing the same services to EVERYONE as it does to those paid for by the employers who provide for their employees, Thats it its that simple, no more no less.. they are paying premiums just like the corporations have always done. geezzz
I know people who have AFC and they can’t afford to go to the doctors or the hospital because they can’t afford the $5,000.00 deductible! So tell me again how this is a good thing! I also know people whose insurance policies at their jobs has cut back on the amount it was paying for tests, doctors appointments, etc.! So tell me again how this is great! AFC is a TAX not a health insurance policy! Tell me again how this is great!!!!!!
