According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

What I don’t get is that most people falling under the ACA are actually also paying for health insurance it isn’t just free unless your really poor. Having a loved one get a diagnosis of cancer who previously didn’t have insurance because of the cost to having insurance and finding out they have cancer…and now treatment isn’t something that is worried about. Yes they have bills and yes they pay but it has made it manageable. Just wait till you or you loved one gets a $#%&!@*ed yo diagnosis and you actually need it. What people also forget is that the people who are utilize the ACA are also tax paying citizens. When I was in the military people made comments about being tax paying citizens and paying my check without thinking that I paid taxes too. Hopefully at some point people realize that during the Great Depression the GOVERNMENT bailed people out and people helped each other out…that was also another defining American way and if your cant see that then maybe if you call yourself a Christian you should reevaluate your beliefs because Christ didn’t turn his back on the down and out!!!!!
Not to sound like an ignorant jerk, but I am going to anyhow… “Obamacare BLOWS!” In this President’s term, my family has reduced medical coverage and much higher insurance costs with less received and because of the Mandate, our religious beliefs are trampled over.
David mason so you say it is fair for me to pay twice what someone else pays for the same insurance just because I work 80 hours a week to get ahead while they only work 20 so they still qualify for gov hand outs. I say sure help them with insurance only if you work at least 60 hours a week to show you are doing everything you can to provide if not hell no.
