According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Oh that would sure be an answer to prayer. Govt healthcare should have been ONLY to fill gaps for people, not for everyone. We should have been allowed to continue with our own insurance premiums and the govt provide for those without adequate health insurance only! All health care hasn’t worked well in Canada, so why didn’t our govt realize that before shaking up everything….probably because O. had ulterior motives.

Our country needs nothing administered by the government, anything you get from the government will cost you three times more than you could get it for yourself and it will cover less than private insurance will cover. The reason you are happy with your insurance now is because you haven’t been hit with the full ptice yet, but wait one more year it’s low right now because Obama stol 715 billion dollars from my Medicare insurance which I pay for out of my Social Security, Right now my Medicare pays very little of my medical needs because it was gutted so bad by Obama, and it will stay this way for nine more years, because that’s how long it will take to pay all of this 715 billion that Obama stole.
