According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

Let us all pray that it is thrown out. I wrote all of the Justices asking them if they had read this bill thoroughly and did not get a response from one of them. I know they didn’t and they should be doing their jobs and that includes fully reading this bill and not taking some one else word that it is okay.
