According to VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, the entire Obamacare law must be thrown out because the Democrats removed the severability clause.
So, if the Supreme Court rules that the individual mandate is illegal they must throw the entire law out.

If it is thrown out (wouldn’t mind that at all), I think of all that money that literally just went out to the garbage knowing it could have gone to so many things and potentially helped so many people. Such a shame either way you look at it.
