According to Dr. Lee Hieb, former president of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and Fox News commentator, Obamacare was designed to force rural hospitals to close.
“I think that’s what the ACA was really designed to bring about,” states Dr. Hieb. “You can say it’s an unintended consequence. I’m not sure; I think it’s an intended consequence.”

It is ruining our hospital, avalability and standard of care. The insurance we have costs more and pays less.
the point of this is that there is a huge, worldwide program being implemented by the UN called Agenda21 and is already directly impacting all of us. It’s so enormous that it’s hard to see it, but it’s all around us. It is why obama and his regime are doing the insane things they’re doing. Closing rural hospitals is exactly in line with the goals the UN has laid out in Agenda21, which is ultimately to depopulate the world to a stated goal of around 500,000,000 people. Those that remain will be living in planned population centers. A21 requires the removal of ALL man made structures (roadways, buildings, fences, DAMS (search how many dams of all sizes have been destroyed and removed west of the Mississippi River by the EPA, BLM and state organizations. The number is huge.
Courtney True?
I’m seeing a lot of this in SW Ohio. The hospitals are under one of three conglomerates and a good number of private physicians are employed by them. The little practices are becoming swallowed up. And it’s a great deal for the private prac$#%&!@*ioner. They receive a hefty salary and benefits without all the malpractice insurance and overhead on leasing and employees. Not good.
Look at Saskatchewan in the early days of Romanow. Closed 52 rural hospitals.
Cameron this has been happening forever. Rural hospitals don’t get paid because most patients are poor or have no insurance/jobs/etc so therefore we are obligated to see them even though they can’t pay. There always under threat to get shut down because they can’t generate enough revenue to stay open. Many of the surgeons at our facility won’t perform non emergent procedures if the patient can’t pay. More recently, Texas voted down the Medicare/Medicaid expansion that came as an option to the individual states with the ACA, so we kind of shot ourselves in the foot. Medicaid/care is less available to the poor etc patients, therefore the hospitals can’t file with the government to get paid on those new/more patients and the patients never pay and ultimately the hospitals never get money, which causes doctors to leave for better paying positions. That’s why you see conglomerate hospitals. the big ones can support the small ones in the network, doctors are paid baseline to work in a big city or small town with not much difference in pay.
Got tosupport those mega hospitals they pay better kick backs than the local little guys, and can cover graft much better!
