While we are bombing ISIS one on front we are sending ISIS humanitarian aid on the other, helping them to build their caliphate. This includes food, medical supplies and even clinics.
We are sending the aid, supposedly, to displaced Syrians and other civilians in areas controlled by ISIS. To do so we are paying ISIS a ‘tax’ to receive the goods and send them to the intended persons.

maybe not where you are, but there is homeless children around this country that is starving on our streets and you better look more closer in the south with our miners children and other where the families can not find work or a place to live but on the street, I see this here on the streets of Baltimore, a lot, so don’t tell me that American’s children is not starving on our street.
I know if someone were to order me to take food to Isis.. They had better not eat what I bring… not enough poison centers to treat them all

I don’t know that for sure. I know that some may be hungry and some may not be getting enough nutrition.
