While we are bombing ISIS one on front we are sending ISIS humanitarian aid on the other, helping them to build their caliphate. This includes food, medical supplies and even clinics.
We are sending the aid, supposedly, to displaced Syrians and other civilians in areas controlled by ISIS. To do so we are paying ISIS a ‘tax’ to receive the goods and send them to the intended persons.
