It has taken Obama almost a full week after jihadi gunman Mohammed Youssef Abdulazeez shot and killed four Marines and a sailor in Chattanooga to order that flags be lowered to half-staff in their honor.
It is unconscionable that Obama refused to lower the flags and only did so after great pressure from lawmakers and others.

Read the polices for lowering the flag. The men were in active duty, which cons$#%&!@*utes the states the individuals are from and their governors to give the order to fly the flag at half staff. If it were the presidents job, we would have the flag at half staff all the time due to unfortunate loss of courageous men and women. Simple research will go a long way, not to mention the flag is now at half staff.
