It was the moment when the entire world laughed at liberals and then lost all respect for the Nobel Prizes. When Barack Obama was announced as the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009, even the fresh-faced president pretended to be a little shocked. “To be honest, I do not feel that I deserve to be in the company of so many of the transformative figures who’ve been honored by this prize,” Obama said at the time. Still, he accepted the prize over several other much more worthy candidates. What did he do to deserve the prize?
Now, in a traditional Homer Simpson “doh!” moment, a former director of the Norwegian Nobel Institute has acknowledged that, in hindsight, he’s not so sure if giving the prize to Obama was a good move either. More regrets on the next page:

Everyone is entitled to make stupid mistakes…it is too bad that an organization of this caliber has to be the one that is that stupid…Obama does deserve an award and that award is to go to prison….

Tells a lot about the solely political award and the people dominating the selection committee. Their rush to award Obama the Peace Prize based on not a single accomplishment. Their action speaks volumes about the purely political award and their desire to make an award to a liberal that who’s mission was to lower America to third world standards.
Worst yet, Obama accepted, knowing that he lacked accomplishments. Yes, a man without a moral backbone, a total absence of standard decency. Maybe he is so narcissistic and lacking in his ability to know right from wrong, that he actually viewed himself as a worthy recipient. A soulless man?

That was a sad moment for the Nobel Peace Prize. It turned into a joke.
AS they should regret it. He’s not no Nobel Prize winner. If he is, then I am too because he hasn’t done one darn thing to earn this.
