President Obama has stated that “much of our criminal justice system remains unfair” during Saturday’s Weekly Address, where he touted criminal justice reform. He is absolutely right. However, he is completely unaware of how unjust he has made this system.
He protects the criminals and the guilty while he foments the divisions in race and economics that fan the flames of crime, then hijacks the justice system to warp the outcomes.
Read Obama’s comments on the next page:
HE IS LYING THRU HIS ISLAMIC TERRORIST TEETH AGAIN! Why in the world would this obamanation care about american prisoners when he wont even negotiate the release of the four american prisoners in Iran????
Folks we are in a lot of trouble. Obama is about to release 6000 prisoners at the end of this month and an additional 30,000 over the next 2 years. With islam being the fastest growing religion in our prison systems, the number of muslims and muslim converts equals 350,000. Obama is pretending to give a damn about the sentences of the criminals with drug charges. Don’t tell me Obama isn’t going to make it his number one top priority to release as many of the muslims as possible to get them out the door. I predict the muslims will have a revolving door in our prisons where they do little to no time for the crimes they commit. Considering how he has released the prisoners in Gitmo, I don’t think it is that big a stretch of the imagination to think he will do the same with america’s muslim prisoners.
Think about this. Is Obama formulating and building his own police force to be used by him in administering his personal judgment upon the innocent, law abiding american people? We know he hates Americans.
With approx. 350,000 (250k in some reports) muslim prisoners and muslim converts in the US federal prisons, is it any wonder Obama is on a tear to release prisoners (muslims?) under the guise of caring about our prison systems and the poor drug addicted convicts?
Between Oct. 31st and Nov. 2nd, he will release 6000 prisoners. By the beginning of 2016 and over the next couple years 30,000 more prisoners are due to be released. I read that as many as one million prisoners may receive commuted sentences. So why wouldn’t Obama pay close attention to details and assure the release of all the muslim converts? I imagine with Obama’s plans there will be a revolving door in and out of prison for muslim prisoners. In other words, they won’t be suffering any penalties for crimes they commit on the outside. After All, isn’t he actively releasing muslim terrorists from Gitmo while doing NOTHING to secure the release of american citizens from Iran? I know it sounds so farfetched but remember who I am talking about here! He is a liar about who he really is and where he came from. His statement about standing with the muslims should have read, “Regardless of political winds and the directions they may shift, I stand for Islam over everything and everyone else at all times!” He should have said, “I prefer islamic people over the american people all day every day and I especially detest christians and jews”.
This is a paragraph about how they may change the criteria for keeping violent offenders behind bars.
[Clearly, a convicted murderer should not be given a community sanction. But we should reexamine the prudence of lengthy sentences for violent crimes. As Fordham Law School Prof. John Pfaff recently wrote, long sentences for violent offenders can be counterproductive, given that they don’t really deter crime, and most offenders simply age out of criminal behavior by their 30s and 40s. (excuse me Prof. This would definitely not be the case with islamic terrorists!! They get meaner as they age!!!!)
“The Justice Department’s upcoming release of some 6,000 nonviolent drug offenders is an unprecedented move that has been hailed by proponents of criminal justice reform. A top attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union called it “nothing short of thrilling.” The general counsel for Families Against Mandatory Minimums said it is a sign that the U.S. is “serious about rethinking our approach to crime and punishment.”
“An author Christian Prince mentioned that putting Anjem Choudary in prison was a bad move because this would allow him “to enlist muslims from the prison and that there is a library with qurans to further instruct the enlistees, so that was a bad idea to keep him in England that Choudary should have been deported instead….Another prominent American Islamic Preacher named Y. Estes is another prison preacher who goes into the prisons to get new recruits for Islam. Being indoctrinated in a prison allows the prisoners perks for belonging to this cult because they allow them special accommodations and protection…. Using this part of society also gives Islam its own perks….Most prisoners who are child sex offenders, anti social and psychologically compromised are easy recruits for this cult….”
“Islam is described as the fastest growing religion in the U.S. There are various factors that contribute to this phenomenon, including immigrants arriving in recent decades from Muslim countries, including India, Pakistan, and in the Middle East. In addition, many individuals convert to Islam. This is particularly true among African Americans and more recently, Latinos.
Why is conversion so prevalent among these groups? The answer to this question is complicated and involves ideological factors, such as attraction to Islam’s message of peace and social justice. Some are attracted by the cultural links among Islam, Africa, and Moorish Spain. Still others embrace the faith as a way of distancing themselves from Christianity. But what facilitates their conversion, practically?
Two important but often overlooked factors are prisons and hip-hop music, which are deeply interconnected. In fact, hip-hop culture’s very birth in the U.S. coincided with an incarceration explosion in the 1970s. The harsh impacts of imprisonment would become an ever-present menace to the hip hop generation, which felt the first-hand effects of losing friends and family to the “belly of the beast.” Imprisonment would go on to become a multi-billion dollar industry with two million inmates and counting, at roughly the same time hip hop grew into a multi-billion dollar industry of its own.
As African Americans began consuming hip-hop music, prisons began consuming African Americans. This dramatic prison expansion led the U.S. to become home to the largest prison population in the world, with African Americans consisting of nearly half of those imprisoned.
Prisons would also become major centers for Islamic outreach. Today, prison officials, prison chaplains and scholars claim that Islam is the fastest growing religion behind bars. Although there are no reliable statistics, estimates suggest that 35,000-40,000 inmates convert to Islam each year, and nationwide, it is estimated that 15 percent of the U.S. prison population is Muslim, or as much as 350,000 current Muslim inmates.
Islam’s growth in prison is matched only by its influence on hip-hop culture. For many young Americans, hip-hop leads to their first encounter with Islam. Although listeners are not always aware of the religious underpinnings, hip-hop music has brought Islamic artists, themes and symbols to the center of American pop culture. Groups identifying with Islam include classical heavyweights like Afrika Bambaataa, Public Enemy and Rakim, and include more modern acts like WuTang Clan, Erykah Badu, Busta Rhymes and Mos Def
