Under the 2016 pay scale, a Pay Grade E-1 undergoing recruit training will be paid roughly $2.15 an hour.

And he thinks the military will back him or Hillary, what a joke! Some commander in chief, he really insures the military makes sacrifices! It’s the democratic way, they get nice big automated raises and the military and civil service suffer! I retired early as I could, I hadn’t had but one, 1% raise in five years under Obama! Why must we, the workers always have to sacrifice while the fat cat big wigs prosper?
