Under the 2016 pay scale, a Pay Grade E-1 undergoing recruit training will be paid roughly $2.15 an hour.

Greg Handevidt ROTC wasn’t offered due to sequester and OCS is essentially unavailable as well, same reason. I thought he should be commissioned as well, like his dad was–but he researched all branches carefully, and felt this was the best way to go. God, I certainly hope so!!!
His pay should be cut to nothing. I don’t see one thing he has done to benefit the vast majority of the American people, Veterans, or the United States Military.
