A man from New York just got his guns confiscated for a 15-year-old misdemeanor charge by police who showed up at his door asking to check the serial number on one gun.
“I brought him to my safe, opened it and the 2nd officer went in and took out my cx4, Remington 70 sps and Remington 870 shotgun. Then he says that I had a misdemeanor possession charge 15 years ago and all the guns will be taken,” the man stated in a forum.
The man must now appeal to the court to get his guns back.
Is this a test run for gun confiscation?
Van Prepper, an activist keeping an eye on gun control activity based on the New York Safe Act, states he know of other similar gun confiscations. Another man in the video, George Curbelo of the New York Revolution Group, speaks of another gun confiscation. Both these men state that this is officially the beginning of gun confiscation in New York.
why would you let a cop in your house with no warrant? plus, they want in my safe I’m damn well not opening it for them
never, ever inviter a cop into your home. You give up your 4th amnd rights once you do. He should have told the cop to stay outside and then he could go and see if there was a serial number issue with his gun and brought the gun to the cop outside. If the cop was going to confiscate illegally, it would have only been the gun in question.
This has nothing to do with voting. Doesn’t matter who is in office taking all the guns from the people has always been on the agenda. Politicians do not run this country…big corporation and banking cartels do.
Exactly Aaron!!!
Is he stupid? Or scared? You ain’t taking anything of mine!
That is where you should have moved
I’m sorry but there are no misdemeanor gun charges
Apparently inviting a cop into your house is like inviting a vampire into your house…..you lose all power

Why are the police (used sparingly) not going into the criminals homes and confiscating guns????? Oh wait I know criminals are so hard to find so now they have to come after law abiding citizens. This is wrong on so many levels.
