A man from New York just got his guns confiscated for a 15-year-old misdemeanor charge by police who showed up at his door asking to check the serial number on one gun.
“I brought him to my safe, opened it and the 2nd officer went in and took out my cx4, Remington 70 sps and Remington 870 shotgun. Then he says that I had a misdemeanor possession charge 15 years ago and all the guns will be taken,” the man stated in a forum.
The man must now appeal to the court to get his guns back.
Is this a test run for gun confiscation?
Van Prepper, an activist keeping an eye on gun control activity based on the New York Safe Act, states he know of other similar gun confiscations. Another man in the video, George Curbelo of the New York Revolution Group, speaks of another gun confiscation. Both these men state that this is officially the beginning of gun confiscation in New York.
Show me a warrant, and I’ll show you my guns. Besides, it is my right, as stated in the Constitution, and as a free American, to bear arms.
Dammit, no warrant? No entry….. Research the hell out of misdemeanors, too.
If all that fails, then lock and load…. It is time for a Lexington and Concord draw down.
Good thing you didn’t have a Large Coke in there!
Wtf is wrong with the police…
its not the police its their handlers and politicians. But then you have to ask well, do they have to go along with them, or say we refuse like some brave cops are doing.
So wrong
