Are these people morons. Building 7 was damaged beyond stability or repair and yes it was deliberately reduced to rubble some time after the Twin Towers fell.
When the frame of the building melts as it did in the case of the towers the weight of the above floors will come down just as it did, there is nothing that will support the weight, nothing.
