First the Army Rangers allowed in women…and had to lower the standards. Now, the commander of the Navy’s special warfare unit is recommending women be allowed to compete for jobs in the SEALs and combat crews.
Rear Adm. Brian Losey, though, also warns that those women could have a greater risk of injury and probably death. The service could be pressured to adjust job standards in a five-page memo to U.S. Special Operations Command. Yes, adjusting the standards lower always makes for a better soldier…read more on the next page:
Many of my female friends are powerlifters, Olympians, crossfit game champions. I scored 97 on my ASVAB, as did many of them. I proudly served and out served many of my male counterparts. Had it been offered; they could have done the job or better with no lowered standards. You’re only as weak or as strong as your will allows.
Are you serious Guess u r not from the south we have women here that Out work a man stronger than a man Out shoot a man Bow or Gun an are better Athletes an knock out a man.. If they can do it without lowering anything I say More power to ya!!
People who think that there aren’t a few women out there capable of the job are delusional. I know plenty of women who could outlast and beat down men like that. Don’t lower any standards. If they can earn it by the same standards or higher; who the hell are you to tell them they can’t die for their country? Step aside, morons.
IF they dont’ lower the standards…
but just like every other branch of the military (and even public services like Police and fire fighter) all “Standards” were “Adjusted” to become “female friendly”
so ya… IF they coudl hack it without special treatment i’d say GO AHEAD… REALITY… they WILL LOWER STANDARDS and the PC police will pretend like it’s a “Good thing” because it’s “inclusive”.. 😀
I repeat – NO “Seal of Approval”
Bad idea.
Wow I can’t believe what I’m reading if they don’t lower no standards of anything I don’t see the problem in it.. You know I hear stuff like this an laugh cause I’d love to see a MAN have a baby.. Lol Y’all a trip
I’m sure plenty of women can handle the training…
If they can pass they exact same testing, why not?? Do not put the Seals into affirmative action. Do not lower the standards for women.
Can tampax be used for a flotation device?
“If” they can do the job “equally well” why not ? But only if they pull the same weight and qualify the same !
