Jay Familglietti, NASA’s top water scientist, recently warned that California has only a year’s supply of water left in storage facilities and the backup groundwater is rapidly depleting. Despite this harrowing fact, California has no backup plan to address this crisis.
“California has no contingency plan for a persistent drought like this one (let alone a 20-plus-year mega-drought), except, apparently, staying in emergency mode and praying for rain,” stated Familglietti. “In short, we have no paddle to navigate this crisis.”

California will just steal whatever they need from their neighbor states. I don’t wish ill on anyone there, but we don’t need /California anyway. We can move the Dodgers to a real state as well as anything else one might consider worth saving from that place. maybe they can marry Mexico and be a Mexican state and we can force the illegals to stay in San francisco with their hippie fool perverts and they can mix all of their religions together to worship a spanishized version of John Lennon and Our Lady of Quadaloupe or something, whatever floats their drug cartel abiding boat.
