Jay Familglietti, NASA’s top water scientist, recently warned that California has only a year’s supply of water left in storage facilities and the backup groundwater is rapidly depleting. Despite this harrowing fact, California has no backup plan to address this crisis.
“California has no contingency plan for a persistent drought like this one (let alone a 20-plus-year mega-drought), except, apparently, staying in emergency mode and praying for rain,” stated Familglietti. “In short, we have no paddle to navigate this crisis.”

So in 3 years of drought the DID NOTHING.
They are still releasing fresh water because of a little fish that thrives elsewhere in the world but i guess the fish is more important than people!
They have been using that same dried up water picture since 2008. California is NOT in a drought with 1 year of water left. California is a little short on water which happens every few years or so. By the way, Gov. Brown just dumped billions of gallons of water into a river to “Keep the fish Happy”….. another Obama-puppet nutcase.
No common sense, secure border, gainful employment, or anything resembling sanity either…so why worry about water, do ya really think when the dust settles anyone worth giving it to will be here?
