On Monday, the Atlanta chapter of the NAACP called for the removal of the a sculpture that depicts Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson from Stone Mountain Park. The massive sculpture careved into the mountain measures 90-foot-high, 190-foot-wide.

Please get the facts by going to snopes. This started in a pe$#%&!@*ion several years ago by a Georgia man. It lacked the necessary signatures and went away. The monument remains unchanged.

It’ll go as far as we the people let it go. Soon they’ll be trying to remove all monuments. They want us to forget that we are a strong nation and for us to lay down and take whatever they say. And for us to let other country’s run over us. The president that is in the White House should never have been elected the first time let alone a second time.

The carving cannot be removed, the family that granted the land to the state, included a stipulation that the carving stays as is, if not the state must return the land to the family and pay a huge fine!
