On Monday, the Atlanta chapter of the NAACP called for the removal of the a sculpture that depicts Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson from Stone Mountain Park. The massive sculpture careved into the mountain measures 90-foot-high, 190-foot-wide.
How far will the purging of symbols of the Confederacy go?

Yes, Tim…This truly all started with him in office…he’s trying to get this country into another civil war so he can stay in office and put us all into camps!!! Frickin $#%&!@*!!
No difference between NAACP and ISIS or the Taliban then. They love to turn ancient monuments to dust too.
It was shortly after the war between the North and the South. In an old Episcopal Church the Reverend blessed the Eucharist and offered communion. A black man stood up and walked to the front and knelt down at the altar. This being a white church in the past no one knew what to do the priest stood there in bewilderment and the congregation was lost. An old weathered gray haired old man stood up from the back of the church walk forward bent down and kneeled at the altar next to this black man. The priest looked at him he gave him an knod the priest came over and served the black man and this old man communion. The congregation then got up and filed forward as usual to receive the Lord’s Supper and share communion. This weather old black man was Robert E Lee the same Robert E Lee that led his men into battle and won against Santa Ana in Mexico and through the desert all the way to Mexico City Beat Santa Ana like a stepchild the same Robert E Lee that had the American flag flying on top of the capital of Mexico City. He served our country with honor but could not forsake his own state of Virginia. And even reluctantly resigned his commission in the north to take up arms against the country for which she so valiantly fought. If people only knew their history they would be really mad about a lot of other things that really matter
