On Monday, the Atlanta chapter of the NAACP called for the removal of the a sculpture that depicts Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson from Stone Mountain Park. The massive sculpture careved into the mountain measures 90-foot-high, 190-foot-wide.
How far will the purging of symbols of the Confederacy go?

Get rid of the mlk memorial and then tslk.
Lmao wow, so lets just erase all monuments and artifacts in museums educating people on the this Countries history. We will juat teach them the lies in history books
The civil war was about taxes and tariffs being p$#%&!@*ed on southerners. Which was less than 1% of taxes. Southern states were trading with England and Washington wanted their share of profit. 80 percent of taxes were being paid by southerners while 90 percent of taxes was being spent in north on roads, bridges, factories,… Only until a tax was p$#%&!@*ed on the head of every slave owned did slavery even get brought up. That’s when Pennsylvania decided their slaves were free. For the first two years of the civil war the north refused to let blacks fight while black southerners fought right along southern whites. The SQUARE confederate flag is a battle flag which simply distinguished rebel troops from yankee troops.
After 175 years they’re still stoopid.
stopo it
tough, I”m tired of all the BS they want.
NAACP should be removed from everywhere. All they do is race bate everything American.
Confederate soldiers, sailors, and Marines who fought in the Civil war were made U.S. Veterans by an act of Congress in in 1957,
U.S. Public Law 85-425, Sec 410, which was approved 23 May, 1958. This made all Confederate Veterans equal to U.S. Veterans.
Before that, under U.S. Public Law 810, Approved by the 17th Congress on 26 Feb 1929 the War Department was directed to erect
headstones and recognize Confederate grave sites as U.S. War dead grave sites. Just for the record the last Confederate veteran
died in 1958. So, in essence, when you remove a Confederate statue, monument or headstone, you are in fact, removing a statue,
monument or head stone of a U.S. VETERAN.” (a felony)
Lets remove NAACP, every road named MLK, and lets remove black history month
Remove the NAACP!
