More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Let them rot in prison and close the borders. No trade in with their goods should get their attention .
Then catapult them over the border.. Or better yet.. fly them close to the border drop the cargo ramp ( C-141 ) do a hard right or left and pull up hard they will fall out in a trajectory that will land them on the Mexican side.. Gravity in full effect..
Dump them on a island.
Then if Mexico doesn’t want them…. find a country that will take them…. if not. Set tgem to sea..

Kick their asses out of a low flying C130 back where they came from
if their own country dont wont them there is a big reason for it
So deposit them in Mexico and release them. Parachutes are too expensive, but you could fly them to southern Mexico and kick them out of a C-130, if you wanted to be nice you could land the plane first.
