More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Wonder why

Mexico got rid of their criminals when Obama allowed them into the US .
In cases like this drop them right over the wall and tell them to walk or let them come up missing
So if Mexico doesn’t want them back, they do their time in one of our facilities which is still too good for them. Mexican prisons are the pits of hell for inmates who don’t have people on the outside willing to supply them with all but the most base of things, including food.
Waste of good chutes.
Fly over and shove them out of an airplane. With or without a parachute that would be their choice.
We just fly over that country and air drop them way in land and maybe we will give them parachutes …
Send them all back to Mexico and if Mexico sends them back , you always send them back to Mexico. We don’t need them in the U.S. any longer.
